Eh, it detracts from my credibility in your eyes and that’s fine-everything I write I imagine helps and hurts my credibility depending on the reader. But, I’ll say again, “greatest” is subjective-I’ve defined it as some combination of personal taste, significance in the overall scheme of MMA, spectacle, technical fighting, brawling, prominence of participants, watchability, etc. I’ve clearly skewed more towards significance than watchability, but to say that damages my credibility is, again, a stretch. If I said off the bat that watchability was the primary element and then left off fights like Fisher/Stout, Cro Cop/Randleman, some Chris Lytle fights, etc., I agree you’d have to assume I didn’t do my homework. That would be damaging.
Here, you’re saying our definitions of “greatest” don’t match and, because of that, my credibility is damaged. This time, I’ll just disagree. @E. Spencer: Eh, it detracts from my credibility in your eyes and that’s fine-everything I write I imagine helps and hurts my credibility depending on the reader.
